You have the right to remain silent. Use this right often, especially when someone is trying to push your buttons by trying to start an argument with you. Your silence says volumes and it will make them crazy. Anything you say can and will be used against you by those uncomfortable with your growth. These people are toxic and unhealthy to have in your life.

You have the right to talk to your higher power during the times and ask for the strength to make it through the hard times. If you don't have a higher power to talk to, consider finding one, whether it be God, the Universe or anything that you're comfortable with. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights to help you find inner peace.
